Joonas Hahmo, a young Finnish producer, is generally known as half of ALT+F4 (aka Magellan Project/Avanto), along with Matti Kotala.
The collaboration was born in the beginning of 2002, when the pair met at Ferry Corsten's gig in Helsinki. Both had been making music for many years, so combining forces felt like a good idea, and so it proved.
With AVA Recordings' debut release, 'The Fusion', Joonas steps outside of the collaboration, to prove that he's more than capable of producing electronic music of the highest quality independently.
